Now majority of new launching property and subsales are downturn...

Where are all other Property taikors/tai jie?

- retails a lot empty
- condo/studio hardly rent out?
- subsales not doing good?

Rule of thumb is when everybody goes in, we must get out and everybody gets out, it is best time to go in. There will be many good buy around when sellers start to press panic button. As long as we are investing and not gambling where we look at fundamental, there is nothing to fear. Like share market on Monday, there were a lot of counters with PE in single digit, low price with good dividend yield. Best time to pick up. They may continue to drop but we will sure gain in long term if we are investing long term, far better return than FD and PRS. I picked up some banking stocks on Monday when everybody started throwing like no tomorrow. I am already on 15% upside now. When I hit 20% gai, I will sell if not I will just keep to earn dividend. Just my 2 sen thought. All the best....

That is whr big bargains are made right now

If u say slow now but later keep buying new launch with same pricing whats the point lol
