Hey guys, recently after i changed my laptop, i realised that my excelforce platform is abit off. It loaded all but the view available to me is like only 1/2 or near 2/3 of what supposed to be. Any idea how to solve this? Asked my remisier and they asked their IT dept, also no solution >< I had chosen compatibility view as well, still no changes. All helps are appreciated notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

i had the same issue with my new PC a few months back - running Windows 8 64 bit.
HLeB's people tried helping but not much headway until...
i accidentally screwed up my profile (stupidly lucky),
created a new windows user id,
turned off all firewalls & antiviruses,
ran IE 32 bit (U have to go specifically look for it in your Windows folder)
downloaded the 3 CAB files
and tadaaa

Hope the above helps - i'd take stupidly lucky than intelligently unlucky any time

If you're using Internet Explorer...

Right-click IE icon on your deskstop, and select "run as administrator"

This should help

er.. stupid Q.. have U tried adjusting the Internet Explorer's ZOOM to 100%?

stupidly, those with super high resolution PCs automatically gets ZOOMed 150%
thus perhaps U don't see some stuff

I hit this donkey thing yesterday after upgrading to Windows 10 smile.gif
Hope this helps

BTW, i also assume U added their websites as TRUSTED in IE ya.
else that may be your root cause
