for me, i am on the buyer site.. a seller should always do all the things he need to do.
or at least, let the buyer know what's ur difficulties, and ur problems that makes u cannot post/entertain the customer..
at my cases selling cables. some times i promised i will post the cable at 10th, but end up i post only after two weeks.
but the things is, i reply my customers sms, PM or i pm/ sms/ call them to inform that i am currently rushing for somethings/sick, cannot go post.
and through my own experience, customers that gets answer will feel relief, and stop sms/call u asking about it.
i personally understand that if i am the buyer that left hanging there without answer and not knowing when i can get the things, i will keep on asking until i got the answer. at least u give me an explanation, or a date (eg : after 1 month) at then i can wait patiently.
is that so difficult to sms the customers and tell them " i will post next week"?? after so many days? i can't say that's as a responsible seller.
how ever, there might be story back there about how the seller think. but so far i found that buyer is doing the things all right.
and we should give him a space, if we can't help him, we don't flame him, as those flame do nothings rather than making people feel hurt.
