obviously someone had lost these 2 things and sold it fast to victim to get back cash.

Somtimes we should not rely on the safe trader tag, it is merely an indicator to his/her previous trade records but no guarantee to current/upcoming deals.
I saw a lot of ppl do trading more actively without that tag given also |

this one I agree, getting a mainboard without IO panel is as troublesome as getting a laptop without ac adapter....
