anyone's speed is affected by the earth quake, cause my torrents wont start. Cant seem to be able to connect to peers.

I thought i was the only one whose torrents aren't working. So is it the client's problem or Streamyx's?

I dled a file via Tuotu and it showed its progress at 83.3% but when I transferred it to Utorrent it dropped to 40.9%. Thats like 50% gone into thin air? Can somebody clear this up for me because the file is massive and 50% is like 5 gigabytes gone.
