for my dl/ul ports, (well i don't read chinese), in the BT setup, i typed in the same number of ports (both top and bottom). Also, i typed in the same port number for the e-donkey setup (same numbers). After which i have to restart my comp (otherwise the d/l will be stuck at 0 kb/s)
hope that helps

I had trouble connecting to certain trackers with the previous versions, and decided to give this (***.64) a try. I am now able to connect to most trackers but the download speed is horrible (~2kb/s), and the download seems to fluctuate very badly. Anyone who got this version, could you be so kind to let me know the settings (in BT) that you used? I don't read Chinese and this version seems different and seems to have extra settings at the BT section.

THank you !

It's quite certain now that the cables are fixed. Tuotu has not been working for me these past few days. Downloading great from local peers. Can even connect to international peers, but no downloads from internation ones..... so Tuotu finally lost to streamyx?!?

so this program stil can bypass tm nut throttling ?

It seems that with Tuotu you can connect to peers but are unable to download from international ones. ANd somehow the speed is slightly better at night. SO my take would be that Tuotu mostly likely is being throttled
