i am halfway downloading my file with bitcomet, can i change it to tuotu?is it start fr the begining or it will start fr where i stop in bitcomet?

guys,
as the pic shown, what is the circled thing? when i set to 39339 as the threadstarter taught, my download speed drop till 0k/s. but then i change back to 8166, my download speed shot to 200++ k/s (max), but just a few seconds, then back to 10-20k/s average, b4 i change the setting, i still can download within 50-60k/s, now only 10-20k/s, what is happening? and is there any other port beside that 39339 and 8166???

btw, is it that when we are downloading, it become slow for sufing? anyone encounter this prob>?

i tried to stop my tuotu and suft, everything run smoothly.. but then when i start it, my pages all keep on loading and not display page.. is there any setting that i need to do?
or i need to stop the download when surf..
