this confirms tmnut is shaping based on BT clients. since this chinese client is virtually unknown outside of china, that farking tmnut shaper can't throttled it! if i find anymore new clients, i am going to keep quiet about it. don't want tmnut or any of their farking defenders finding out about it.
This maybe true as I also use an alternative p2p client for certain files and face no throttling whatsoever when I use it. I just thought that maybe they didn't bother to throttle that p2p protocol in my area which could be true as well. But as far as I know about the traffic shaping appliance, it doesn't throttle based on client accessing but on protocol detected on the network.
