My TuoTu Max dl speed is 30Kbps only, now running at 0.1Kbps. I follow Underground guides correctly. I also did port forwarding but somehow it doesnt work. Then i check uTorrent port checker and found the result as below. I'm using Dlink 704P router and Aztech DSL600EU modem. Anyone using same device can guide me on port forwarding?

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).

My current Tuotu is limit <20Kbps, how do i increase that? and further more the download speed is inconsistance, wat is happening here? anyone having this issue too?

For those who have problem to connect to international peers, try enabling UPnP in the router and TuoTu. I configure that and able to reach 90Kbps. But i still wonder y i cant reach >100Kbps, BTW i'm on RM88 package.
