Why sometimes, my tuotu will be very fast like 80-100 kb/s, then after a few minutes become 50 kb/s, then after ten minutes, become 10 kb/s ??

My setting got problem ?

How to set Tuotu Setting ...

My download speed so slow ( 30kb/ s for 1 minutes, after that, it slow down bcome 2kb/s)
