Please port forward Port number 3000 and 3306 for tcp. Touotu uses tcp connection to connect 2 tracker and udp connection when downloading.

4 more info, visit this site http://www.imfirewall.com/en/protocols/tuotu.htm

Just tested fcosspeed today. I discover that I still can surf internet with page loading quite fast even tuotu is running at full speed. Will let fcosspeed run at a few days to see how it goes.

i don't know why some guys in the other forums are willing to pay RM30-RM90 for vpn services run by local guys when they can use tuotu. I can get 150K+ on a heavily seeded torrents just by using tuoto and I don't have to pay extra for vpn every month. So a big THANK YOU to UNDERGROUND for telling us about tuoto and for the guide.

It seems that tuotu does not work for everyone. Some can get full speed, some get half of their bandwidth and for some, tuotu has low or no speed. At least vpn services provide a way out. I hope tmnut will not be able to throttle tuotu completely.

juz now i notice something that maybe coz Tuotu cant connect to tracker...
i use my BitComet and see the tracker connected
in the udp tracker, it show "No Respones from the udp tracker"...
therefore, i think Tuotu cant connect to the tracker that have tcp connect only...

guess only...

for those facing slow speed please leave your tuotu for 15 minutes to 1 hour
mine starting is slow only 5kB/s later after 5 minutes the speed is back to normal which surpasses the 50kB/s as shown in my screenshot

there is only two questions i would like to ask
why my upload is not moving i set it at 20kB/s
and my 2nd torrent is not moving at all sad.gif

cfosspeed works for me with tuotu. I love it because now I can surf while downloading with tuotu. Without cfosspeed surfing is like dialup.

Yes for tuotu you have to wait for the speed to pick up.

Guys I want to ask...recently tmnet streamyx capped all the p2p torrents right? It seems that they know we are downloading torrents and limit our connections very slow.
1. Can this 'touto software' bypass the tmnet streamyx capped limit and how?
I'm using uTorrent now with 'protocol encryption ON' but it does not seem to help increase speed.
2. Is there English version available for 'touto' as I don't understand mandarin.

Thanks guys for any help!

1. Read the previous posts.
2. No, not at the moment, and if there is there would be good.

Just install it, wait for it, then you're done. NO settings required.

I use default for cfosspeed. Since it set http as high priority so tuotu will be under normal priority athough you can add it in and set to low priority. I have tried it but tuotu disconnect and lost all connections after a while. I have to restart tuotu to get connections again. So using default with "favour bandwith" is the best I think.

I also find the new version of tuotu is slower. I am going to change back to the Toutu sp2
