Last night I tried out this software and guess what, it works! I was downloading several TV episodes files and one of them reached 127kbps download speed (I'm using the 1MB package)! I was pleasantly surprised. I port forwarded both my TCP and UDP settings on my router and I think that contributed to the speed. One thing though, does anyone know how to set it to download only one file at a time while the others remain in queue until the first download is done? I thought it was the setting on the first option page, the one at the bottom. Based on Underground's pics it was set at 10, so I reduced it to 1 but it still downloads the files simultaneously. Also, how do I disable it as a download manager? Every link I click to download while surfing (e.g. downloading Winamp program) is downloaded through Tuotu. How to disable? Thanks.

try this:
Press Ctrl O > go to 监视与关联 (the 3rd option) > deselect the 1st box(左键点击下载监视 (IE/Maxthon/Opera/Firefox))

I'm using Firefox and tuotu too...still didn't encounter any probs....btw my Firefox is version 2.0 ... Firefox setting seems fine

There is a force recheck, have to stop the torrent that is downloading, right click and select the third option, under the shift+del one, then ok. i've downloaded 1G-2G files and they are fine. speed of checking is almost the same as utorrent. sudden crashes does not happen often for me, only once it did crash.

i dont think there's spyware in tuotu, i've ran virus/spybot checks, should be clean. i just dont understand what it got to do with firefox other browsers are fine?

Thanks! Now anyone know how to limit the downloading to one torrent only at one time?

One of my PCs lost its bookmarks in Mozilla while my other one is still fine.
Both ran checks, nothing detected though.

I'm not sure, maybe it's random? o_O???
I pretty sure that after I use tuotu, restart pc, my firefox settings will resets, but bookmarks, history still. Settings such as proxies, tab, security settings, download and other related settings will need to reconfigure again .

Tuotu works like a charm. My area( Taman Megah) has been capped since the past 3 months, and I tried Tuotu last night. In around 5 mins, my speed went up to 56kbps which is the max for my streamyx package, and 90% of the speed comes from international peers. Thanks alot thread starter for sharing this great client with us.

the 1st time i run it,it really went over the throttle speed,but starting from 2nd time,my speed can hardly over 50kbits/s

It runs well now, getting speed up to 60kbps...
way faster than utorrent i last used...

what kind of torrent you downloading??
is it the torrent from China or Taiwan which use Chinese as their comp language??

i didnt face any problem using this chinese BT client...the dl speed also stable and can reach 50++ kb

My Tuotu failed to connect since this morning... yesterday nite it was still running

Switched back the same task to BitComet and it's running fine

after that reach a certain percentage
try open that torrent by Tuotu again
and save it in same location

but after you set it save to the same location
STOP that task immediately
hash-check it first

then try download it by Tuotu
the speed will be regain...

i try this juz now
the torrent that cannot connect now can connect with 150+ peers

6th day already.. tuotu still going strong.. now downloading dvd movie.. connected to 100% outstation peer..

For those experiencing HIGH SPEED before but SLOW speed afterwards ...

You may try to reconnect and get different IP ...
I've done this several times and it works !
Seems like the same IP will be like "exhausted" or some kind ...
When i tasks finish , i start a new torrent and it went to like 0 - 5 ... Completely sucks ...
Reconnect the IP then it works like a miracle as it was before

for those who are experiencing thier firefox settings reseting, please go there and CHECKED that 左键点击下载监视 (IE/Maxthon/Opera/Firefox)) and CHECKED also the IE option too.

ehh so it is this option! its for monitor browser like some download managers right? i wonder how come it messes up with firefox..

hehe so wiered lah, sometimes after an hour or so, torrents will slow down completely unless i reconnect and restart client. im bak to using utorrent, since it works this way.

cannot add new torrent job? can explain more ah? tried reinstalling it?
