which version? yet to experience any hang incident on every single beta & incl. latest stable i installed. mine is xp home btw

give it a try and see which one could give u better speed then it is consider better loh

yeah, read the doc, v3 has cross-support feature (BT-emule-http), a great feature to tackle p2p throttle, nice~

seems like i can't enjoy the http benefit frm v3 beta... it seems to me that v3 is giving priority to http connetion (http > emule > bt), it is so slow compare to v2, so right now revert back to v2

with v2 i'm download at max (~60K/s) rite now, lazy to revert back to bitcomet

heehee, just a friendly reminder as pro does mistake as well, it just happened to my frenz when he upgraded to v3, his port is reset to 8002

must be some settings u forgot to set back.
btw, now V3 beta ( 脱兔TuoTu 3.0.94 测试版 (2007.03.22) is release for public download, get it @ http://www.tuotu.com/Download/beta.asp

now i'm trying bitcomet 0.85 and found that the download spd is comparable with/faster than tuotu v2 now, could be due to its new download via http/ftp feature (can be found in tuotu v3 beta also), will try more for solid comparison result

tried latest beta version, so far so good (ran for 12hr++ without problem) and the http concurrent download along with BT is working, now at the max spd

ok, let me clarify 1st, it is not that i will get full spd at all time, and it is hardly to escape frm tm p2p throttle, just that the spd will still maintain >15kbps with this latest version and full spd at ~60kbps during late night which i believe tm ceases p2p throttle. the v3 version allow user to download frm emule & http concurrently during bt, so it could be the reason why v3 is faster than v2. my setting is still the same as what thread starter proposed, u can refer to 1st few pages.

fine meaning u get max spd at all time with v2? u r lucky or with vpn?

frm what i experienced, my spd at max when bt, emule & http download con-currently, that is the beauty of v3

yeah, even is beta, it's very stable
