 Whats the procedure for renting car park lot, need lawyer for legal black and white?

Hi,
Im going to rent to my car park lot to the condo resident,
car park lot is stated under my S&P,
Im going to collect some deposit due to I need to give wireless device for gate access to the that client.


any thing I prepare?

ex: sign black and white

how and who to prepare the letter?

I would reckon it is almost similar to renting out your unit i.e. tenancy. Oh by the way, I only advise on the proper way of doings things.

First and foremost, check your Deed of Mutual Covenant or house rules and then the management in relation to such arrangement.

Once you get the green light, you may proceed to draw up your paper work.

You should prepare the letter. I don’t think it’s really complicated but it should cover amongst other things:-

(a) duration
(b) rental (yes, most importantly)
© deposit to secure obligation
(d) your obligations and
(e) termination

yes, prepare, let him read, agree and sign.

No need to get lawyer chop. Just send to lhdn for adjudication and stamping.

Year end declare income tax.
