the drive mostly softwares only...barely other thing.
my c drive supposed to hv around 15gb space. and then, juz now it just left around 4gb.
i search in the C drive, couldnt find what is occupying my storage.
weirdest thing is that, everytime i restart the pc, i regaining my the storage bit by bit

found out the problem!
xunlei torrenting...eat up 10gb+ of storage in its folder in the program files folder
after delete the torrent, extra 10gb+ of storage back in the drive.

didn't encounter such situation before in win8

Use CCleaner to clean Windows Old files. Can save up to 10gb.
