What's a good area to stay, what to do in Seoul, anyone been there, easy to get by speaking english?

So I bought ticket with AirAsia to Seoul for 1 week , this November.
What's a good area to stay, what to do in Seoul, anyone been there, easy to get by speaking english? Just wanted to get this booked before the cheap tickets sold out, no other research yet |

Interested here also, I booked myself ticket to go in November - I see I'll probably have quite low temperature , nice change from here
 Also been recommended to go to DMZ by another forum, think I'll check it out when there. Looking forward to this, never visit Korea before |
