QUOTE(sfwong1 @ Oct 28 2010, 04:20 PM)
i don get it why ppl change usd then only change back to the respected currency that they want, any reason? mind telling me? is it because changing like that is slightly more valueable?

I don't think it's more worth it, instead you will lose more the more frequent you change your currency. The reason i'll do it is coz USD is common and you can easily find money changer to have it changed wherever you go. Unlike MYR where only certain places take that, i think it's being mentioned earlier in this thread.

does anyone know where is the nearest place to purchase T-money once we reach Incheon. I read from the T-Money site, it stated that there's no counter selling T-Money @ Incheon. And since I'll be arriving in the night, are these shops/booths selling T-Money still open?

I'll be there for 4 days, will be travelling only in town area, furthest i presume will be Hongdae and Namsan area, how much in your opinion should i top up my T-money?

Going tomorrow noon ^^

zstan: thanks.. your blogpost has helped me a lot in planning my trip.. thumbup.gif and most prob will get the T-money, for keepsake and convenience. and I might need to store my luggage at the subway locker on the last day since flight at nite, and will check out in the morning.

Super excited~~ rclxm9.gif

Just back from Seoul this morning..

Zstan.. the myeongdong gyoza shop really over rated. The food not really that nice though...

I loved the people there, very helpful + friendly + a lot of leng zai & leng lui.

Btw, i went to eat at doota's food court, I think it's not worth it ler... better try those small shops. Will upload more info if i have the time to ^^
