previously, i read a discussion here regarding smartphone,
then i just wondered if the capacitive touchscreen of smatrtphone will work in the cold weather plus snow. I read somewhere, capacitive not work very well in cold wheater.

If can't use as a phone, might be using its wifi and etc.

I've booked some accommodations and so far Daewoo Motel, Jongnowon and Namsan Guesthouse replied me, the cheapest being Jongnowon offering 38,000won for a double room...but now I'm still indecisive on which one to choose. Anyone knows other cheap n good guesthouses or motels in Seoul?hehe

It's website is in English, you'd need a korean phone no tho.

Yeha tours also offers booking service to Jeju, they quoted me about W315000 for Eastarjet return tickets last I ask.
Here's the website: http://www.yehatour.com/

Depending your arrangement wth the tou agent. Those pick-up service is an additional cost. From what I hv checked (Well I hv not book any tour yet bcos I hate agents!)

Those agents on 1st page will ask you to wait at the hotel of certain date & time.
