Looks like a full LB Inzaghi is pretty awful. All the plus cards and his stats equal to c37. Selling point only his SS lo, other than that, not worth it.

My quest for ranking is actually coming in plans nicely. Still not as lucky as your account but now at least I'm able to clear lvl 10 Super Ippei with only 20GP. Currently in position 50 with close to 48M points.

My TOP so far.

2. Dybala c29
3. Lukaku c27
4. Carlos Vela c27
5. Quagliarella c25

It's just a limited edition card, from the release of PES 2016. Last year it was Honda. They've been doing this every year.

Wah... This event Konami also so stingy. Didn't see anyone get anything good these 2 days. Same gies to me, all TOP ticket come out c20+. Hopefully that will change soon.
