Down to preference actually. For me, cost is priority first. Secondly, I used to like long shooter in my wings, but recently I favour SI a bit more. Take Neymar for example, he trigger his SI quite a distance from the penalty box, not sure if your NDS Lacazette does that, you might need to try him out.

At the end of the day, I'm not really answering your question, am I? Haha. Try both, bro if possible. See which one gives better results.
