As long as u rmb ur in game id (9 digit number) and ur setup password. U're good to go.

I did it a few times dy. Uninstall PESC due to some bug, then reinstall. Just key in ur id and password. My EB is still intact.

Btw for ur ID, u can refer to first page. Just nid to rmb ur password.

Actually it's quite interesting to figure out how Konami decide on inactive players. Is it

1) login per day? If u didn't login for a long time = inactive?

2) match played / GP spent? If u didn't play more than 2 challenge/skill/special/friendly/event match per day, then = inactive?

3) login duration? As in if u login for at least 1 hour per day, then = active?

Would do anything to con Konami into thinking that I am inactive player, then maybe they'll give me C30+ player to bait me back into playing. LOL
