oh u changed new d? try double check the connectors/cables:

have plugged all the power connector? mobo power 24pin and cpu 8pin power

mobo is seated properly on standoffs? or got metal objects could short it

check if chassis speaker is connected to your mobo header or if it's built in so you can hear beep

remove HDD/graphics card/PCI cards, left 1 RAM in and boot.

it's hard to troubleshoot online but could be your mobo died if no beeps since you changed new psu.

Your GPU could be bad, something fried causing short on the VRM side, then your PSU must have detected the short, as a safety measure, it cut power to protect itself and your PC. The gpu fan is still running most probably the fan itself draw power from the PCI-E slot, not from external 6 pin.

You have a better chance of selling it in the CPU and PSU subforum

most probably your PSU installation is wrong..
nothing to do with motherboard if no power at all.

maybe you need to set the primary graphic adapter at BIOS from PCI-E to Onboard..
because previously you using external graphic card, now you using built-in motherboard graphic.

either you borrow one PCI -E so that it can boot up to BIOS to change the setting
or clearing CMOS Settings to default.

but I suggest you better send to repair.
