hi
im a 10mbps RM118 plan (earliest plan) with free IDD calls, free mobile calls etc2.
Im going to move to KL from JB
how to change location without changing phone Number which is 07-255XXXX.
i want to retain same PRICE and same NUMBER

Hi fadzly,

Your relocation request has to be done at the nearest Maxis Center and it is subject to your new location being covered by fiber cables. Please note, you will not be able to maintain the same VOiP number as per your current number.

ok. how about the plan? will i still able to keep my plan which is RM118 ?
its covered by the way.
whats the change location fee?

Yes, you may remain the same plan. You will need to provide documented proof of your new house address (e.g. utility bill addressed to your new home). If we are able to offer the service in the new location (depending on whether your new location is within our coverage areas) we will re-locate the service for you for a fee of RM200.

Note that your contract will be restarted for another 24 months.

If the service is not available in your area, we will waive your penalty fees and if you are unable to provide proof of your new house address and you are still bound to the contract and you will incur a penalty fee for early termination in your final bill.

no need penalty. im out of contract dy. >2 years. but good thing, i can still keep my plan
