 Two questions pertaining Maxis Postpaid service

First: Is the user being charged for data when using the Maxis Mobile App or is it free?

Second: I have 4 more months to go before my contract expire - currently on a iDiGi 50 Plan but intend to upgrade to the Maxis One Plan 128 - when is the soonest I can upgrade?

Hi there,

Please note that data usage is not charged for usage of the MyMaxis app. On your other query, you may need to check back with your current telco on the date to avoid any penalty charges if you are currently contractually obligated.

Thank you for the information.

Apologies - I intended to refer to the iValue 50 Plan where I still have 4 more months ago. I have since inquired to a a maxis centre and have decided to wait for the contract to expire.

Recently, I have referred a friend for the Maxis One Plan 128. The service has been active for the past one day - yet they have not received their extra 1GB. Please advise.
