It's an animation... I heard about it long time ago. I thought they had finished it. Guess I was wrong. I follow his FB but didn't read it for ages lol . His studio is based in Shanghai.

I love this Alice .. She's Crazy as hell.. Love the crazy world of hers. The First one was much better.

uol don't get too excited bout crowd funded games

Actually that "crowd fund" of Alice 3 is only for the "proposal period". American McGee doesn't own the IP, EA does. American McGee just makes a proposal and then sent it to EA for green light.

I thought new EA boss say no more "EA Partners" project
now all resource (tech / marketing / etc.) concentrated on internal developed stuff

Dislike the theme and the character design, simply too creepy and depressing. Just not my cup of tea. That being said, I've played the first game and its really impressive. But again, just not my cup of tea. I do hope they will be successful in making the third.

the first one was basically a FPS played from 3rd person view (most Q3 engine game that era mmg cam tu)

the 2nd one migrated to U3, but played like a cover based shooter without the cover (movement too floaty etc.)


in my mind the ideal Alice 3 already exist.
its called Nier Automata.

EA like to kill some popular game.

Yea. But I can understand why. It is bcoz the lack of hype over the franchise/IP. EA does not want to risk it and look bad if the next game ended up with low sales.

It has been 8 years since Hollywood releases the last 2 films.
