First yesterday I just bought Samsung S6 EDGE from maxis centre Kuching at Satok branch.
When I go back I open the phone and charge as usual because phone battery is dead, 2nd day I wake up and try to swtich on my s6 edge, suddenly no work at all!!
I straight away wait until 10am something proceed to the Samsung service centre do a replacement due the device is faulty
When I reach the place the technician said should claim from Maxis due i'm purchase not over than 24 hours.
Ok I straight go to the Maxis centre and find that SA yesterday serve me name (SHIEW PING) or what name I forget already, first he go ask his manager about this case, after a while he return to me said they can't make the 1 to 1 exchange because this is Samsung issue!
I just bought the device within 24 hrs and you guys doesn't even want to give me a replacement instead ask me to go Samsung service centre again for repair?
Am I suppose to get a replacement instant?
Come on I just bought the device I just hoping to use new phone
I pay with money and I deserve to get replacement
I buy with maxis maxis should do a replacement for me
Maxis should bear for the consequences!!!
S6 EDGE damaged in 2nd day
