just got 'Rumah ditawarkan' at LPHS website. stated that i've been offered De Palma unit. been informed that i will receive a letter from LPHS within 30 days. few questions,

1. does it mean its confirmed i will get a unit already?
2. what is next step after receiving the letter from LPHS?
3. when is the next balloting? what need to bring on balloting day?

quite long..i applied in July 2015 and only got 'rumah ditawarkan" last week May 2016. almost 1 year. what about you guys? what's your experience?
