hi mate, i got rumah ditawarkan for de bayu, setia alam. I was applied on oct 4 2016 and i think its very fast but i dunno why. so what is the next steps? i been calling to lhps but no answer.

my other concern is for deposit. I only have 2k cash now and planning to withdraw the epf acc 2 for the balance deposits. can it be done this way? thx in advance mate.

Hey guys, which residence should I apply for: De Kiara or De Palma? The former is 800 and the latter 900, right? This will affect my registration form, correct?

i also got that one. next step is to wait for developer to call you (sp setia).

got 3 batches according to sp setia, they will call according to the name list they got from lphs.

they did the 1st batch, but i didn't receive any call from them yet.

so still waiting..

I also just ditawarkan rumah at de bayu setia alam...just send the document needed by them last tuesday..and they said, they will send the document to lphs to lphs choose..

hi mate.. i got the call from sp setia already. I have pass the document to them last week as per what they request. They need to send the document to lphs to filter it and now waiting for their call for the result. whether approved or not approved.

Hi, I got rumah ditawarkan for de bayu setia alam, early november. Not yet receive any call from developer. Confuse for the next step. What is the price for De Bayu apartment? 170k?

De Bayu 900sf price is 200k

i went to sp setia last saturday and been advised the ballot is on coming this 25 feb. so need to bring 2k to book.
