I have been getting the same too. Nothing can be done from help desk and this has been happening for weeks and worst of all, we are all still charged at the same rate without any compensation?!!!Mine's a 20mbps and I get not 20, not 19, not even 15mbps, it is at times even BELOW 1mbps!!!
When does Maxis want to resolve this issue at hand??? I have seen many complaints but there seems to be no news about what's going on. I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided.
