i did the following process to my package :
1. find a suitable box(not envelop even a RAM only or can use original box)
2. get some static bag for sensitive items
3. use newspaper to shield the item with static bag or plastic bag first
4. get some old news paper , make it to small pieces then fill up the empty space in that box.
5. shield the box with Mahjong paper(if needed, can shield the box with newspaper first).
6. write down name and address, done !

anyone here tried packing with polystyrene..my method is

1. wrap item with newspaper or static bag
2. get polystyrene n cut it according to the item size(make like a box)
3. put item inside the poly box
4. wrap with brown paper
5. write name n address on the box

Use bubble wrap.. but make sure the bubbles are filled with air.. punctured = useless protection.. anyway, that's what i do. .
