Hi guys, so I've just started going to the gym probably 2-3 weeks, I've been doing 4 days of exercise and a day off and continuing the cycle 4 days exercise 1 day off till now. Should I continue the cycle or alternate day offs between those 4 days? Any help is greatly appreciated
