Ya... my legs exploded after switching to smith machine squats. OHP also I use smith. Bench I just use the bench station. Some isolation work like skull crushers also I use smith.
It's a great machine overall.
Never needed a power rack.

Inb4 sissy.

No, your ego exploded. You've gone unchecked giving potentially hazardous advice. Get your fruity pebble ass out on a reality check.

Maybe he could have gotten away with his progress pics. But giving advice like OHP on Smith? He has discredited himself. The only people remotely guillible enough to take his advice would be beginners. Thank goodness I come in once in a while for damage control.

The thing is, normally i would not bother with him. I blocked him on whatsapp and lowyat forum. But I have received a quite a few PM's regarding this fella and some asked me to just please take a look. I unblocked and holy crap. Sigh... this always happens. Everytime i take a brief hiatus it gets polluted with one to two obnoxious individuals.

No wonder most of the veteran knowledgeable old timers left. At least Dan and a few others are still around.

So far what i've been doing is first day (bench press, incline press, dips, fly, french press, and dumbbell kickbacks)
second day ( deadlift, lat pull down, dumbell rows, row(using machine) incline dumbbell curl and preacher curl)
third day (squats, lunges, leg press, leg curl, calf raise)
fourth day (overhead press (nope i don't use the smith machine sweat.gif ) , upright row. dumbbell lateral raise, face pull and barbell/dumbbell shrugs)
then the fifth day i take a day off and repeat day1----->day4 again

i think u can probably streamline it by removing some exercises, and making it into a 5 day cycle of 2 days on, 1 day rest, on again and rest.
ask darklight79 to help u...if he doesnt then his archnemesis armesh come then gg tongue.gif
