yo guys..buying a new car, axia to be exact (yeah i know, me poorfak, not up to k/ standard)..the salesman said we can get the car once the loan is approved..

loan is approved yesterday morning..

now, when the salesman said we can get the car once the loan is approved, what does that imply?..to me it implies we can get the car straight away after the loan is approved..

but now, the ma ci manbai kau ilhamku punya salesman said "bos out, just come back ma..only then i can get chasis number, i cannot process..etc etc.."

so, my question is, when your bos is out, u cannot make sales is it?..what a load of crap..please be honest la, cause me time and money to borrow and repair a family's car and wasted my day off, two days off actually..

say la, "bos, two three days after loan approved then u can get car.."..

so, anyone here know what is their work sop and where to complaint properly, besides whinning at k/ i mean..

haha..not first time buying, sold off the old car to get a new one..but i do feel stupid for believing the salesman..
