Getting Started Junior Member 50 posts Joined: Dec 2008	Does anybody happen to know if a swimming pool, be it a conventional pool or fibreglass pool, is allowed to be built on the 20' empty land of an end-lot (not a corner lot) of double story linked terrace house in precinct 1?

Someone did tell me that the local authority does not allow a pool to be built in a terrace house, even for end lot. But I did saw some end lot with pool in other area. Just worry that it will defeat the purpose of getting that house.
