Such a timid question.

While you are sleeping. Do you open ur eyes and sleep? or u have another eye which opens when you are asleep?

Easy solution... don't sleep in the same room as your PC. That's what I do. 6 rigs, but none in my bedroom.

Seriously though... on-off switches for the lights (LED/CCFL) are key here. There's a bunch of LED fans in LYP that have on/off switches now. Generally all the CCFL's I have are wired to on/off switches. Only the LED fans (including Zalman HSFs) are always on. But as they are all in a different room, they don't matter.

well, get the eye-patch. the cloth thingy that u wear when u go to sleep. this cover ur eye and u feel like its at nite even if the real situation is like Iraq War (- the noise of bombs n gun shot)

this will surely overcome ur bling bling, even if u fix like 4 - 8 tube of CCFL doh.gif

i think light from da casing is not the major concern... i think the noise produce by the fan r intolerable.. for me the fan sound can sometime drive me crazy when i try to sleep...

LOL to all.

CCFL got switch so can turn off.
As for the LED fans, you get the fan controller and control all your fans to lower down the speed & dimmer light or just turn it off those unnecessary 1.

But to me no problem, coz the level of my bed is higher than casing laugh.gif
