Clarify this T&C, under the maxis zerolution 360 it says 1 to 1 replacement for damage / theft. I was under assumption that the 1 to 1 replacement does not cost anything but I saw this T&C here with processing fees.

Does that mean if i lost my Iphone XS max under the zerolution 360 contract time frame, I need to pay a RM1900 of processing fees just to get a 1 to 1 replacement??
