Mislead by the Maxis website.
I went to Maxis OU, asked about the Iphone Zerolution. I need to subscribe to Maxis One first Plan for at least 6 month or 1 year in order for me to entitle for this zerolution. 
If I'm a new Maxis One Plan user, I need to pay for the device price and others.
