hi Maxis
i try to go ask at maxis center but those stuff din bother to entertain me lol
so for this zerolution plan i dont have to pay any upfront payment when i sign on the spot rite? so i just take the phone & plan and caio? than only pay monthly for the plan for 2 years? am i rite?

Hi there! Sorry to hear the unpleasant service experienced. Yes, you are right. Get a mobile device at zero upfront, zero interest, zero lock in period and zero penalty. However, please note that if you are new Maxis postpaid customer / existing customer with less than 6 months tenure / existing customer with bad payment record, you might be subject to device advance payment. Otherwise, it will be just RM1 with 24 months contract when sign up the phone. TQ

No bad payment record.. all full payment.. even being overcharged also I made full payment.. Any special deal or special promotion for a 17 years user like me?

hi, i am abit confuse does the zerolution plan come with data or is it for the phone only? and the annual upgrade i just have to pay for 1 year than the other 1 year is exempt??

Hi there would like to clarify on the zerolution plan. Let's say for example I take a note 8 now and it comes with maxis 128, so I use it for a year then I change to note 9 still under zerolution but can I stop the 128 plan and change to another plan? Or it has to be whatever plan that's attached to the new phone

Hi judahliew, You need to have MaxisONE Plan in order to sign up for Zerolution, so the total monthly payment is (Phone Zerolution + Rate plan) for 24 months and you can upgrade your device after 12 months provided you pay for the annual upgrade fees, the rest of 12 months will be waived. Hi, I am currently on the last 4 mths of my zerolution plan. I am also not subscribed to the zerolution upgrade programme. Is there a penalty if i were to pre-order the note8? Thanks.

i understand that by subscribing to the Maxis Zerolution Upgrade Plan , im entitled to a new phone after 12 months.
However how does the new charges work? Do i still pay the same amount like before or it depends on how much the phone cost?
