I'm not sure currently still applied or not, usually PVP armor is replacing those haste/crit rating with resilient to reduce damage ONLY from player.
Hence although the based state is higher in PVP armor, but when calculate the overall including the sub-stats, PVE gear still better than PVP gear in term of efficiency and survivability. A dead player do 0 dps regardless of this gear. |
