The best way is to use something like OpenDNS and block them via DNS.
Though the problem is the policies will be enforced on every single machine connected to the network. Also, with so many VPNs available for free (such as Zenmate and Unblock-us), such blocks can be easily bypassed. Just like horns said, any form of web blocking can be easily circumvented if he is determined enough. |
