DG still have SLL provided you're on New Best plan v1 and have at least RM5 credit more than the SLL fee (otherwise the option won't even appear on the UMB menu).

Yeah they do have that all along, when it first came out it was like reload 30 bucks, activate it then whole year won't expire.
