Will get less users. Believe me, i have been to a lot of websites that was free, and they were popular enough to ask for money. The loyal ones that does not matter paying money per month or year will stay. Eventually if these paying customers find the content or interaction not to their liking, they will go away also. Loosing 30-50% of users will be the norm unless there is a desirable service tied to it. Take Wassap as an example. Some will pay because it useful. Some not because there are options. The same with LYF.
