Hi hotlink/maxis,
My hotlink currently got terminated due to inactivity.
I am stranded in overseas and not able to travel back due to the COVID-19 situation, did not get notification on the end of grace period and barely missed the top-up date by only couple days.
When I purchased the SIM and shop, the seller maintained to me that the grace period is 60 days (which now is still within the 60 days) but it is not true.
I need to get the number re-activated under hotlink as God knows how long I will not be able to travel back to Malaysia.
Seeking your generous assistance.
