Unfortunately same goes for me. I missed the reload date and now my line is no longer active.
Is there any way to have it reinstated? However I'm currently aboard and won't be back in Malaysia till end June.

Is it possible to reinstate a terminated sim card? My number just lapse like a week ago.

3 days later and 3 replies later from 3 different support staffs...

Conclusion is, if your prepaid number is terminated there's nothing hotlink/maxis can do to have the number reinstated (at least not via this forum but one can try walk-in to maxis centre to enquire if the number is available and have it on a postpaid plan instead).

I hope this post can be of reference to a handful of people like myself who is abroad, frantically looking for an answer on this forum. I literally read every msg thread there is on saving my number.

Sadly for me, my journey with hotlink ended the day my number was terminated. RIP. Now please excuse me I need to grief.
