Dear Hotlink,

My dad is currently overseas and his prepaid sim card has expired. We were told that the no. will be sold if we can't bring in the sim card to Hotlink on 27/3/2017. There is no way we can send back the sim card in these few days. He has been using this no. for about 20 years and desperately needs this no. Please kindly help him.
