been maxis customer for more than 10 years,

every month they forced me to top up, until my balance accumulated more than rm180, then i miss the top up date by half day (actually no late by technical cause they cutoff me by 12.00am sharp), boom

my whole account, no., & balance gone, and they just slap template response on all sort of my contact to them. shittiest telco.

my rm160-rm180 balance in my hotlink all gone, and your solution for me is pay another rm98 for 6 month so that i can get back the line?

if the 98 plan suitable for us, we wouldn't use hotlink in the 1st place.

if it's some penalty fee for my 1 or 2 day late in top up, i would understand, but forfeit my whole balance, that's too much.
