Greetings, my no. expired 3 days ago. I've reloaded via M2U ytd. But it's still deactivated.

Called to Maxis @ 123, they asked me to fix at any Maxis Centre / MEPs.

Went to the MEP @ KL Sentral jz now, the staff asked me to come back again in a few days, call to Maxis @ 123 to check.

What is the correct procedure to get back my no.?
