Hi @Hotlink
I recently just change my number from Postpaid to Prepaid. Got the RED app. Reload RM 5 to keep my number for 50 days. But the Active date still show until 7th Jan only?
I was told by TTDI Maxis center that I just need to reload RM 5 every 50 days (before 50 days) to keep my number. Please advice.
Yes, you can use RM5 to "keep the number", but it can only make the line active for 5 days. Every RM1 reload lets the line stay active for 1 day, RM2 gives 2 days, so RM5 gives 5 days only.I recently just change my number from Postpaid to Prepaid. After the 5 days, the line will become inactive, and you will have a 50-day grace period to reload/activate, before it is terminated. That is where the "50 days to keep the number" comes in.
Hope the above helps somewhat.
