Hi, I have the same issue with the rest. My prepaid line was terminated because of the MCO impact & I'm not allowed to return to Malaysia for the past 2 months.
I have converted my line to postpaid once. I seek your understanding to help re-activate the line since it was affected by the external factor instead of individual factor. I have PM you my details. I was still able to use the line on 20-Apr-2020 but did not receive any notification on the expiry date at that point of time. Appreciate your response.

Is there any way or channel we can mass write in to Maxis? Or even any possible social media channels. If Maxis is not even considered to provide any exceptional help in this pandemic period (where most people are struggled to cope), there is no value for us to stick or support Maxis anymore. We will just take the hit 1 time and do a major shift to other service providers together. (Trust me, my in-laws are using other prepaid service and having the same last reload date as mine, but their line did not cut-off as of today)

QUOTE(Theoutspokenguy @ May 30 2020, 03:35 PM) this does not apply only to maxis but all telco. Digi give free validity extension to selected users. Different plan have different valdiity period. Your line got terminated not due to MCO but due to your careless not reloading your phone. Even RM1 or RM5 will extension your validity or even top up sos or sos credit. Then you want mass write in for your mistake? you can try report to MCMC of your mistake. Maxis is never kind even free 1GB need self redeem Yup, that's Maxis . Thank you for saying that out.
