I've been abroad for a few months and my Hotlink number is no longer working: "mobile network unavailable". I had a friend sent me a topupcode but it is still not working. I really want to use this number again because it is my whatsapp number. Is there any chance it can be reactivated even though I am not in Malaysia and cannot go to the Maxis store?
