I've called toll free customer service for my re-activation of my phone no. 017 460 2807 and also walked in to the Maxis Business Center at Aeon Mall bkt Mertajam today, they're not able to do so despite the deactivation happened on 12th Jan.
Can the team help me to re-activate this number and what is the next steps i could do to continue use this number under Maxis prepaid?
